Losing a paddle is no fun whether a rogue wave tears it out of your grip or it simply slipped off your deck while you were checking your chart or renewing your sunscreen. Once free, paddles are surprisingly adept at floating quickly out of reach nor are they the most visible piece of gear out on the water. Not adversely affected by salt water. Longer length 9’ designed for Sit On Top kayaks, Velcro loop secures leash to paddle shaft and nylon clip will attach to deck rigging or strap eyes.
Yakattack Zooka tube is by far our favorite rod holder for both the spin and bait caster fisherman. What the!? You might ask? Well it's for a couple reasons. Number one. It's easy to use! That's because it has a groove for the bait casting rod trigger that locks your rod in place and for spin rods it has a side groove cut for the real shaft to lock smoothly into. Most other rod holders rely on hard to use locking plates or collars. Sure those are easy to use in the store. Once your hands are cold- forgetaboutit. Second. It fits on a Yakattack gear trac. Gear tracs are the best fishing accessory ever. Seriously. They make it easy to remove and move everything from rod holders to fish finders. Just add a screwball and you are done. Think about your kayak on top your car. Want your rod holders getting plastered with bugs? Or perpetrators snitching them while you are topping off your tank? No way. Use screwballs. Keep your kayak bling outta harms way. Nuff said.
