I’ve loved the stability of the Outback since I got my first one a couple years back. I set up my transducer in the new Lowrance pocket and am LOVING the feed back I’m getting now. I swear that my cone size has doubled and I get a much clearer image. Not to mention that the wiring ports make everything look super clean. The V2 plug-in drive locks make it so simple to put my drive in after launching or pulling it up before I land. I love my new Outback

The Outback is our tried and true go to pedal kayak. This is the boat to get especialy if you want a boat that does it all or you are not sure exactly how you are going to use it. This boat covers the widest range of use. Drawbacks. 1) the front 3/4 of the boat sit higher out of the water. Of course this keeps you drier but it does allow the wind more ability to push you off course. Solution get a large rudder. 2) Its not as fast as the Revolution 13 or longer kayaks. True however it fits easily in the back of a pickup or on top of cars easier. Advantages 1) versatility. It really does everything pretty darn well. 2)storage. It has some of the best storage. Along the rails as well as internal storage.
Great kayak to buy. We give it best in class for a do it all one boat wonder.
