Need some pants to keep you dry in the river? Look no further than the Arch Rival Dry Pants by Immersion Research.

The Courier Short is the classic Guide Short with an added bonus of a calf length courier pant sewn into the waist band. Perfect for cooler days, cold water, and any water sport. Made with soft and durable polyester fabric for comfort and quick drying. Other features include:
The Guide shorts are the perfect board short for working or playing on the river. Features include soft but durable rip-stop polyester, ‘velcro-less’ fly, lace-up waistband, hook and loop cargo pocket on side leg, loose board short fit without a liner, crotch gusset, 10” inseam, and an anodized carabiner grommet on the lower leg, DWR finish, abrasion resistant seat panel, and the new model does NOT have the controversial butt patch.
Immersion Research Kling-on Empire has only one major difference from the Klingon. The front casing (the high wear area going over the front portion of the cockpit rim) is laminated with a high thread-count Kevlar™. This fabric is the greatest possible fabric when it comes to flexible abrasion resistance, making it the best option for people who are incredibly tough on spray skirts.
Immersion Research Kling-On skirt is designed for high-demand playboating and river running, with features that will keep even the trickiest cockpit rims dry. The articulated channel (where the bungee is sewn on) makes it so the skirt is easy to hook on the back of the rim while putting it on, and the unique “taco” sewing construction of the bungee will tuck lots of extra material under the rim, making for a very dry seal.
The LoungeBand backband is the original Reggie, only slightly larger. Includes stainless steel, salt water resistant hardware and made with plastic and foam, covered with soft and abrasion resistant neoprene.
Immersion Research Lucky Charm Skirt is their newest rand-style skirt. This skirt is made to fit wider cockpit rims, like Jackson kayaks. It has a new "fin" style rand to keep out water. There is an improved high-viz grab handle. This model is trickier to get on a rim than a bungee skirt, but with this skirt there is no need to worry about implosion. This is perfect for kayakers who are hard on skirts.
Thick Skin is a lightweight, tight fitting rash guard. Made with a 4-way stretch, 57% polyester, 31% poly/bamboo fiber and 12% spandex blend. The material is soft, stretchy and wicks exceptionally well.
The companion to our Thick Skin tops.
Another great piece of kayaking gear from the brains at Immersion Research Laboratories. These 3mm neoprene ‘pogies’ are constructed from Windproof Tuffskin Neoprene to keep your hands toasty, no matter what the conditions are. You’ll also appreciate the low profile hand openings that make getting your hands in and out of the mitt quick and easy.
The IR Neoprene Guide Short are similar to the Men’s Guide Shorts, but with a tight-fitting .5mm inner neoprene short- a great combination of performance and casual. Also has a high neoprene back waistband to prevent backband chaffing.
The Immersion Research Reggie Backband is the OG of ratchet backhands. This adjustable, no slip ratchet backband has stainless steel and salt resistant hardware with plastic and foam to provide exceptional support, covered in durable and soft neoprene. As an added bonus, it is super easy to install.
The Royale Spray Skirt is a must have for serious whitewater kayakers. Years of research and design have gone into the making of this essential piece. Made with a “fin” shaped rand designed for maximum contact with the rim and additional sticky rubber patches under the deck, this skirt resists implosion at all times. All seams are glued, taped and stitched.
Made out of the same .5 mil brushed neoprene as our Thermo Skin tops and pants.
