The Kayak Shed is proud to present the third annual Gorge Paddling Film Festival, benefiting First Descents!

More information to come on this as we piece together when the Little White Salmon race will happen. It is currently scheduled for Sunday the 21. We would like to have the film competition on either the 20th or 21st

Film makers, grab your best footage, invite all of your buddies and let’s raise some money for a great cause!

Submission instructions:
1. Upload your under 5 minute video(s) to your Vimeo account with a “private” privacy setting. Send the URL to the video(s), the password(s) and the category you are submitting for (Young Gun, amateur or pro) to filmfest@kayakshed.com

2. On 5/1 at midnight (ok, actually probably the next morning when we wake up for you procrastinating night owls), we’ll send all of the links and passwords to our esteemed panel of judges. Our judges will watch all the videos and we’ll tally their votes to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each category.

3. The judges placed winners will be shown in no particular order the night of the film fest. The audience will then have their turn to vote on their favorite. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and “Viewers Choice” for each category will be announced at the end of the evening.
